Video conferencing arrives on Archipad

After first providing the covid-19 intervention sheets in digital format, Archipad is innovating again by delivering a brand new videoconferencing system integrated into its solutions, App and Cloud.

How does Archipad videoconferencing work?

The principle of Archipad's videoconferencing function is to offer you chat rooms in order to allow several users to collaborate on a common construction project.

Thanks to the new videoconferencing system, you can set up your online meeting in one click and host up to 9 participants on Archipad Cloud and on Archipad App.

You visualize the different participants of your meeting in the form of a mosaic:

Zoom in on a participant

With the zoom function, you can enlarge a participant's window so that it fully fills your screen. This feature is particularly useful for presenting construction details to other meeting participants in real time.

Sharing screens for presentations

The video function allows you to share your screen on Archipad Cloud: you have the possibility of projecting your various documents (word, doc, powerpoint presentations, excel, etc.) to the entire meeting.

This sharing function is not limited to the Archipad environment, you can present any element on your computer.

Data security

You benefit from a data center and network architecture designed to meet the security requirements of the most demanding customers. Meetings are hosted in France to ensure optimal quality and localized and secure data management.

All video, video and sound elements are encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption.

Who can use the Archipad videoconferencing module?

The new videoconferencing functionality is available for all Archipad Premium and PromoImmo users, on Archipad Cloud and App.
