AG Real Estate delivers a new mixed-use building Place de la Nation in Paris, 100% pre-let

CITEO is a company whose mission is to reduce the environmental impact of household packaging and paper through reduction, reuse and recycling solutions. The My Little Nation building, with very high environmental standards, is aligned with the company's values ​​and mission.

CITEO will set up its spaces in September with the aim of having its employees move into the premises in the first quarter of 2025.

Finally, a lease for a fixed period of 6 years has also been signed with a distribution brand which will thus set up at the foot of a retail building on an area of ​​1.744 m².

Accompanied by the Tank architecture agency, AG Real Estate France focused the design of the project around two key themes: comfort of use and energy management through geothermal energy. With its 2 facades overlooking Place de la Nation and Avenue de Taillebourg inspired by the codes of Haussmannian architecture, the building ensures continuity with neighboring buildings. My Little Nation gives way to outdoor spaces, i.e. 1.000 m² including 350 m² accessible and largely green, with panoramic furnished terraces and rooftops.

In a rental market context that is still dynamic in Paris CBD but relatively heterogeneous outside, the marketing of MyLittleNation in full upon delivery is proof of effective programming and a building meeting strong environmental requirements and efficient uses for the users. »
