A graduate of HEC in 1995, Benoît FABRE draws on nearly 30 years of experience in commercial and international development. After starting his career within PHILIPS (1996 - 2013), in different activities and various functions in finance, marketing, sales, management, etc., he specialized in the fields of building and construction.

Recognized for his ability to transform organizations, create synergies and promote innovation, he took over as General Manager of VELUX in France (2014) before continuing his career at ALIAXIS. Within the world leader in solutions dedicated to the transport of fluids for construction, infrastructure and industry, he led the transformation of activities, in particular those of Nicoll, the group's flagship brand in France.

Its expertise in sustainable growth and its customer-oriented strategic vision have enabled it to acquire great legitimacy among construction materials and infrastructure professionals.
