By next month, Boby plans to launch a voice command in order to create quotes more quickly thanks to machine learning and aims to reach 10.000 users.
In just one year, the Boby solution has convinced more than 5.000 French-speaking users and boasts a 90% recommendation rate from its users. Figures which can be explained by an offer which was able to target and respond to the needs of the sector in terms of digitalization. Indeed, with its digital offer, Boby automates the entire administrative part and allows craftsmen to save 1 to 2 hours per week on these time-consuming tasks.
To speed up its support, the startup is enriching its services by automating invoice financing. Regularly subject to waits of 30 to 90 days to recover their payments, artisans are often faced with cash flow problems which can impact their projects. This is the reason why Boby accelerates the collection of craftsmen by paying their professional invoices in a simplified manner. The craftsman selects the invoices of his choice, makes his financing request online and receives the funds within 48 hours in a few clicks. His professional client pays on time, without seeing the difference. The advantages of this solution are that acceptance is instantaneous, it is not necessary to leave a deposit or guarantee, a simplified process and invoices guaranteed up to 70% against payment defaults.
Boby also announces that it will take care of the automation of the VAT certificate within quotes. A document that is often not or rarely completed by clients and which requires a certain amount of time for building professionals.
In order to further reduce the working time of craftsmen, the startup also plans to implement voice control in order to quickly create quotes. Perceived as a long and tedious task, the creation of quotes should soon be greatly facilitated by the use of machine learning. To this end, the craftsman will be able to directly dictate his quote to Boby and the lines will be generated automatically using voice command.
