For the FFB, the new Government Simplification Plan is a welcome step

The FFB welcomes this approach, which responds to a pressing demand from its member craftsmen and entrepreneurs, particularly VSE-SMEs in the building sector. Thus, the proposed plan and the associated bill announce in particular simplifications in terms of town planning (work on prior declarations and permits, exemptions from the PLU for the installation of renewable energy devices, etc.), operating rules public procurement (single public procurement platform, increased advances, etc.) or RGE.

On the other hand, the FFB calls on the government to be careful not to introduce complexity while thinking of simplifying. This is the risk in particular for temporary groups of companies where the rules would differ in the case of private energy renovation contracts of less than €100.000.

Likewise, recent experience calls for a period of stability for MaPrimeRénov'.

For Olivier Salleron, president of the FFB: “The FFB will get involved in this new welcome simplification approach which, without responding to the urgency of the crisis, prepares for the future. The federation has already proposed numerous measures, particularly in terms of town planning or energy renovation, and is asking to be involved in the drafting of future ordinances. Finally, the FFB calls for avoiding false simplification measures and the risks of re-complexification of aid during the next finance laws. »
