A Hager communicating electrical installation for Crédit Agricole Brie-Picardie

A contemporary tertiary complex with high environmental quality, the Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie head office in Chessy (77) uses the latest technologies developed by Hager: electrical panels, protection equipment and connected TGBT for intelligent, efficient and economical operation.

Beyond the technical response, Hager put the skills of its teams at the service of the various actors, EIA, panel builder, design office, to make this remarkable project a success.

The objective is successful, with this mixed program of 14 m000, integrating an office building of 2 m9, which aimed to bring together all Crédit Agricole Brie-Picardie staff on the same site, in the immediate vicinity of transport . Certified HQE excellent, the complex, inaugurated at the end of 000, is located in Chessy (2), in the new district of the Studios and Congresses ZAC, near the Disneyland Paris park.

For this very bright building designed as an urban garden, the client had strong requirements regarding the electrical installation: "That it be reliable, secure, high-tech, that it allows us to save money. A communicating installation

The installation itself includes a TGBT (general low voltage switchboard) and 53 cabinets distributed over the entire site. This equipment benefits from the latest technological advances, such as communicating H3 + energy molded cases, 2000 amp withdrawable head circuit breakers (ACBs), Modbus meters and agardio.manager energy monitoring servers. These servers detect the gateways and counters present on the loop and automatically transmit the information. These high-performance systems measure, count and centralize energy consumption information, while monitoring the physical condition of the installation: the slightest fault or problem is immediately detected, which makes it possible to analyze site data.

The major stake of the site was undoubtedly the installation of the connected TGBT in a cramped room. Here again, Hager's expertise was there to determine, with the panel builder and the company, the technical solutions allowing space saving and the installation of a suitable TGBT.
