The SDL Alerio patio roof is the latest innovation from Solarlux. It adapts perfectly to any style of architecture and its interior static elements give it a particularly striking appearance.
Its profiles, specially designed for this application, can be used to build structures of incredible delicacy. The roof can be designed as a single pitch roof with an inclination between 5 ° and 20 °.
The SDL Alerio can be tailored to suit your needs in terms of size and structural dynamics, while maintaining an incredibly slender and delicate appearance. Like all Solarlux roofing systems, it can be combined with a wide range of transparent vertical elements to create a canopy that provides protection from the elements.
Different versions of the system are available:
- Execution as single-slope roof
- Independent construction or construction connected to the architecture of the house by means of a wall connection.
- Roof drainage is done using a gutter. Hidden drainage is possible in the supports.
- One-piece wall connection allows for easy installation. The rafters are screwed directly onto the wall connection.
- The roof has a slope of 5° to 20°.
- Depending on the model, there are two different supports.
- We use single glazing in VSG 8, 10 or 12 mm thick.
- The Solarlux system profiles made of powder-coated aluminum form a harmonious unit. The design is timelessly elegant.
- The extensive profile range allows object-related selection based on size and static requirements. Steel reinforcements can be inserted into the insertion chambers of the supporting profiles.
This allows large roof constructions and maximum opening and support widths to be realized.
The supports can be engaged from the end of the eaves, allowing optimal static use of the profile sections. The positioning of the supports is variable. - Roof terrace lighting can be implemented elegantly with spotlights integrated into the rafters.
- The cable routing is concealed by a trough located under the wall connection.
An awning under the window or on the roof as well as vertical sun protection are available as an option for this system.

For construction and calculation at the planning stage, the structure of static tables are available for pre-dimensioning. System statics related to objects are created in the short term.
