Schöck France launches a new range of thermal bridge breakers in Internal Thermal Insulation (ITI) under ATEx validated by the CSTB. An all-in-one solution, easy to implement, with the best thermal performance on the market. and now also certified to handle projects in seismic zones.

Fields of application
- A new generation of thermal, static and seismic breakers now also allows us to treat all buildings subject to earthquake-resistant requirements for internal thermal insulation in mainland France.
- Thermal bridge breakers for the slab-facade connection, cast on site or pre-slab and can be integrated into a prefabricated wall.
- An even more efficient range:
- Excellent thermal performance: PSI value from 0,12 W/(mK) for seismic range et 0,10 W/(mK) for non-seismic range.
- Excellent structural performance: permissible horizontal force = +/-136 kN/ml and high rigidity.
Compliance
- New range of Schöck Rutherma® thermal bridge breakers in ITI is under ATEx 3310-V1 validated by the CSTB.
- Fire resistance class REI120.
- Meets NRA acoustic requirements.
Implementation
- An all-in-one solution, easy to implement on site: a static and seismic breaker without additional modules and without specific additional reinforcement to be provided.
- Simple, quick and safe installation: the elements of 1 linear meter have a mortise and tenon system, An color code, mounting brackets and D'implementation instructions in the form of QR codes on the breakers.

- Un internal engineering department supports you in all your projects: studies, costing from the design stage, technical advice and control of the budget envelope.
- Support for sizing : examples are available.
- In execution : on request, a training in the installation of circuit breakers on site or in factory can be carried out.
New Rutherma® range
The DF and DFi thermal breakers are junction elements between the interior slab and the façade in Internal Thermal Insulation. The -S variant is used for buildings subject to seismic requirements.
