Ranking of Promoters 2022: ID&AL group, winner "Renovation / Residential"

Thanks to its project to rehabilitate a hotel residence located on the front line facing the ocean in Lacanau, ID&AL groupe stands out among 19 other real estate development players rewarded by Innovapresse for operations deemed the most remarkable of the past year. and/or exemplary initiatives.

Promoted in the "Renovation / Residential" category of the Innovapresse Promoters Ranking, the ID&AL group's L'OYAT program offers the preservation and embellishment of a building benefiting from an extraordinary location. Located on the Lacanau seafront and completely redesigned by ID&AL groupe, the abandoned hotel residence – with 33 rooms and a restaurant – is part of a program of 22 apartments, ranging from studios to 4-room apartments, with terrace and car park.

Its principle of construction aims to create a new volumetry by conserving existing spaces and eliminating exterior artifices. Result: living areas ranging from 26 to 116 m² meeting all needs (secondary residence, semi-main or seasonal rental investment), apartments benefiting for the most part from glimpses of the forest, city or ocean views, and an R+2 building , modern and elegant.

A challenger with remarkable performance

The Ranking of Promoters offers each year a comparative analysis of the activity and structure of the main promotion groups. Dominated by Nexity, Altarea, Vinci Immobilier and Bouygues Immobilier, the Top 20 of the largest reserved global business volumes - "star" category of the Ranking - have changed little this year. However, the organization notes a reduction in the gaps between the various market players.

On the occasion of this 2022 vintage of its awards, Innovapresse also wanted to highlight the best progress in overall volume of business reserved. Going from 91 million euros in 2020 to 143,5 million euros in 2021 (+57,7%), ID&AL groupe once again stands out by ranking 7th in the Top 10 of players having recorded an increase of more than 50%.
