Description See +Hide
Schöck ASE lost formwork in extruded fiber-reinforced concrete is used for the production of exposed concrete construction elements such as the edges of slabs, balconies, walls, edge formwork, or edge formwork in a laying configuration with contact points.
They then have a smooth, perfect surface, without bubbles or roughness.
ASE forms are delivered ready for installation and simply need to be cut to obtain the desired length and angle. The ASE is manufactured in a maximum length of 2.70 ML and the assembly of the elements between them is facilitated thanks to the straight junction clips and angles.
Characteristics CheckHide
Schöck ASE lost formwork can be used for both concrete poured on site and for precast elements in the factory.
In the prefabrication factory
Schöck has developed edge formwork elements: a real asset for elements prefabricated in the factory. Schöck ASE formwork has thus found its place in production lines, thus streamlining the prefabrication process.
Many applications are possible and they provide all the prefabricated elements such as the edges of balconies, beams and slabs with a smooth appearance and flawless facing.
On the worksite
To meet the constraints of construction companies for the realization of edge formwork on construction sites, Schöck has developed a technical solution consisting of combining ASE lost formwork and the ASE Magnet magnet system. This innovation signed Schöck, just as relevant in ITE as in ITI, allows to optimize the labor time and to guarantee the quality of the obtained result.
Schöck ASE formwork solutions thus offer construction companies the possibility of maintaining their usual construction method, with or without the installation of thermal breakers, while working safely and quickly.
