A field activist at the head of the Confederation
Master craftsman electrician, at the head of a company created by his father in Toulon in the Var, himself a member since 1963, Jean-Christophe Repon is a long-standing activist committed to defending the interests of small businesses and craftsmen. of the building. Member in the Var since 1995, he has an in-depth knowledge of the challenges of small construction companies and their representations for having been successively president of the CAPEB of his department then administrator of the CAPEB Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur before to be elected in 2020 to the national presidency of the Confederation.
At the same time, he was Vice-President of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Var from 2005 to 2016, already restructured into a Regional CMA.
A top sportsman accustomed to excellence
From the age of 11, Jean-Christophe Repon practiced rugby at RC Valettois. In the center three-quarter position, he was French Rugby champion (1991-1992) with RC Toulon and claimed a 15-year career at the highest level. On leaving a literary baccalaureate, he completed a CAP electrician apprenticeship in the family business. Accustomed to excellence, the new president intends to defend the interests of craftsmen with the same concern for performance.
A 1st term marked by the covid crisis and inflation
During his first mandate, Jean-Christophe Repon worked to preserve the activity of craft building companies, faced with a situation of unprecedented economic uncertainty marked by the covid crisis, the rise in the price of raw materials, cost of energy, supply difficulties. He now intends to continue his action with the Board of Directors, so that the decisive role that these companies play in the face of the major challenges that we must meet is finally recognized. It will work to raise awareness that the model of the craft building company is a model for the future. It will work to defend loud and clear the conditions of activity they need to enable them to unleash their full potential. Cecile Melaine
Born in Chatou in the Yvelines, Cécile Melaine now lives in Eure et Loir where her artisanal masonry business is located. She has been a joint collaborator since 2005 and holds the vice-presidency of CAPEB Eure-et-Loir. Administrator of the U2P Center Val-de-Loire, she is also vice-president of the regional URSSAF and of the CAF of the department.
Jean-Sebastien Nonque
Originally from the North, Jean-Sébastien Nonque created his masonry business in 2002 in Dijon. Master craftsman since 2010, he employs 10 people. Involved in his departmental CAPEB, which he has chaired since 2021. Adviser to the Labor Courts for fifteen years, he has also been a member of the Chamber of Trades of Burgundy Franche-Comté since 2010. He is involved in "France running" of which he has been captain of the CAPEB/U2P team since 2018.
Yann Danion
Born in Rennes, Yann Danion chose to become a plasterer. He created his company in 2006 and set it up in Morbihan. Expert in the GS20 technical group, he invests in the defense of the interests of his profession by integrating the team of professional advisers of Trades and Techniques of Plaster and Insulation at the national level and by chairing the professional section of his CAPEB department of which he is also Secretary.
Marc Lagouarre
Marc Lagouarre was born in Pau. In 2002, he set up his craft business in Montauban where he practices his profession as a mason and employs 8 employees. Sud-Ouest, Secretary of SRAS Occupational Health and Construction in the region and member of the Tarn et Garonne Chamber of Trades.
