UNICEM congratulates its member companies which have massively joined an eco-organization within the framework of the PMCB REP
A few days before the first anniversary of the launch of the REP PMCB system (extended producer responsibility for construction products and materials in the building sector), the National Union of Quarry Industries and Construction Materials (UNICEM) welcomes the almost 90% of companies it represents that have joined one of the approved eco-organizations.

SMAC's management demonstrates its confidence in the future of the company by taking over the company held by OpenGate Capital with the support of CFJ (Compagnie Financière Jousset) which becomes the majority shareholder of the company. SMAC's management team will own 23% of the company.
