Three of the four start-ups that presented their solutions during this new videoconference session were selected to join the 43 other start-ups already integrated into the Impulse Partners ecosystem. They will benefit from the support of the four founding partners, CCCA-BTP, OPPBTP, PRO BTP and the EXCELLENCE SMA Foundation.
4 companies presented their projects on Monday March 15 by videoconference, in front of a jury made up of construction and prevention professionals and in the presence of the founding partners, the CCCA-BTP, the OPPBTP, PRO BTP and the EXCELLENCE SMA Foundation. Their projects were assessed on the basis of five criteria:
- The innovative nature of their technology or service;
- Accessibility of the target market;
- The team (the skills and expertise mobilized, the ability to carry out the project);
- The reliability of the business model;
- The adequacy of the start-up with the health and prevention themes of the accelerator.
This eleventh edition allowed three start-ups that presented their innovations to convince the members of the jury. These were therefore selected to integrate the “Health - Prevention in the construction industry” accelerator:
- Miloé is a digital health platform integrating a health passport as well as an emergency medical form materialized by contactless technology in various physical objects. In the event of an emergency, it makes it possible to easily communicate vital information to nursing staff so that its holder can receive the most appropriate care. Miloé is currently working with occupational physicians to deploy its solution to professionals.
“As part of the partnership we set up 2 years ago with Miloé, the 350 members of the Sport & Health Pole of the Stade Marseillais Université Club (SMUC) have a Miloé card. This allows us to strengthen the safety of our members in their sporting activity, but also in their daily life ” testifies Isabelle Petit, Sport & Health Development Officer at SMUC.
- Q-Bot has developed a solution to facilitate insulation work on floors and walls. It makes it possible to project an insulating foam in areas inaccessible by humans thanks to a small robot equipped with a camera and lasers, which can be controlled remotely. Q-Bot has already isolated some twenty houses in France from individuals and social landlords, as well as a school group in Voiron, near Grenoble.
“We called on Q-Bot in 2020 as part of a crawl space insulation project for 6 pavilions located in Merlevenez (56). Q-Bot's solution was able to pass without difficulty in these spaces 30 to 50 cm high under the floor of the houses in order to achieve the projection of polyurethane foam. We hope to be able to repeat the experience for the insulation of 36 additional pavilions located on the Ile de Groix ” testifies Erwan Bargain, Head of the Works Department within the social landlord Bretagne Sud Habitat.
- Built Solutions offers a SaaS solution which allows all the regulatory information relating to the operating conditions of buildings to be transmitted (Subsequent Intervention File on the Structure - DIUO, Asbestos Technical File - DTA, vData for Executed Works - DOE, File SSI identity, Security register ...) to
operators, by crossing the data with the digital model of buildings. This traceability of information makes it possible to facilitate maintenance and prevent accidents linked to the degradation of buildings.
“At a time of massive digitization of the building sector, all regulatory documents associated with the building must be stored securely because they are essential throughout its life cycle: from its construction to its demolition, including all phases of operation or maintenance. »Confirms Christophe Bouvard, Managing Director of the development activity of iPorta, a real estate asset management platform and distributor of Built Solutions.
These start-ups will benefit from the expertise and feedback from the four founding partners to boost the performance of companies in terms of health and prevention. The partners also undertake to facilitate exchanges and the visibility of start-ups with their member companies, in particular through their websites, their social networks and their respective media, as well as at the events at which they are likely to participate.
