Vestack is accelerating the development of its low-carbon building design and construction activity by opening this new site, in which production will begin at the end of summer 2021. The company has chosen to locate on an old wasteland, in partnership with an industrial company. In this factory, it will assemble modules from wall and floor panels made from biobased materials, using an innovative industrialized process. The quality of this system has been recognized by multiple labels, and the company has entered into a research and development partnership with ADEME. As of this year, the activity associated with this production line will represent nearly 30 jobs.
To reconcile respect for the environment and cost control, Vestack relies on a digital design and industrialized manufacturing. The company thus enables its promoter clients to construct buildings with a carbon footprint 3 times better, 2 times faster, and at no additional cost compared to traditional construction.
Vestack has chosen to increase its presence in the Ile-de-France region, which combines several strengths for its activity, in particular the presence of a qualified workforce, the proximity of public decision-makers and the presence of customers with strong ambitions. in terms of sustainable town planning. The opening of this new site is helping to revive industry in Ile-de-France. It makes it possible to relocate an industry 4.0, which relies on the convergence between process industries and digital BIM (Building Information Modeling) design. The relocation and increase of Vestack's production capacity benefited from support from the Ile-de-France Region through the Industry Recovery Plan.
“The realization of this new location marks a turning point in Vestack's growth and opens up ambitious opportunities for our construction projects in Ile-de-France. This announcement illustrates our commitment to sustainable town planning and the revival of industry in the Ile-de-France region ” declare the three founding partners of Vestack, Sylvain Bogeat, Nicolas Guinebretière and Jean-Christophe Pierron.
Vestack works with national developers and operators on design and construction projects for business premises and collective residential buildings of several thousand square meters. The company plans to continue its growth by increasing its production capacity in Ile-de-France, and by developing new production sites in order to link up with other territories in the years to come.
