With more than 10 years of experience and CSR experience in the industry, Anne-Laure Denis will bring her expertise and know-how to the service of the centenary group.
Anne-Laure Denis' mission within the Monnoyeur Group will be to continue to define a Group CSR policy and strategy, as well as to ensure their implementation with the various business divisions. It will also be in charge of the operational management of the various components of the CSR policy, it will determine the key indicators and then ensure their monitoring and improvement. In addition, she will lead and coordinate the implementation and communication of action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
Anne-Laure Denis started her career in 1999 in strategy consulting at Kearney. In 2005, she became internal auditor at Kraft Foods before moving, in 2009, to the position of Environment and Sustainable Development manager at bioMérieux. In 2014, she joined Lafarge where she was in charge of CSR, then in 2016, she was appointed CSR and Innovation manager at LafargeHolcim.

Aged 45, Anne-Laure Denis is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a Master of Science in Environment from Imperial College in London.
