Previously Managing Director of Holcim Poland since 2018, Xavier Guesnu has driven a revitalization of operations in this country, resulting in a strong improvement in industrial performance and the completion of strategic acquisitions. It has also initiated a sustained decarbonization program for activities, today positioning Poland among the most decarbonized countries in the Holcim group, also at the forefront of Carbon Capture projects.

Knowledgeable expert on the French market, with extensive experience within the Holcim group
Xavier Guesnu began his international career at Legrand then in the field of strategy consulting in France where he joined Bain & Company in 2005. Five years later, he joined the Holcim group as head of strategic business development and mergers and acquisitions.
Xavier Guesnu then held operational management positions, first in Eastern Canada as Managing Director from 2013, then as Chairman and CEO in Poland.
Of French nationality, Xavier Guesnu is 49 years old. He holds an engineering degree from the École des Mines de Paris.
