To deal with this, Rector's SIP (Prefabricated Infrastructure System) range ensures the treatment of risks linked to clay, based on the nature of the soil and the anchoring of the foundations at an adequate depth. This base system allows manufacturers to issue the certificate of completion of work on RGA risks, mandatory since January 1, 2024.

Le Prefabricated Infrastructure System (SIP) is a quick and simple solution for creating your industrialized crawl space bases. Made up of PCS studs and beams (stringers), it makes it possible to assemble, in a single operation, the foundations, the base and the floor, on any type of terrain.

The SIP rests directly on an isolated foundation (semi-deep or deep) made on site and sized by a geotechnical engineer. The pedestals are positioned on concrete wells on which the beams (stringers) and the joist floor are placed. With a modular insulation level, the Equatio flooring range allows you to achieve a thermal performance adjusted as close as possible to the desired BBIO level at a controlled cost.

Thanks to prefabrication and delivery timing, the management of your construction sites is optimized: 3 days are enough to lay the foundations and floor. No need for prior preparation of the ground, earthworks are reduced to a strict minimum. You save time and make significant savings.

The limit is no longer an obstacle with the SIP at the property line

Since 2023, Rector has offered SIP at property line, composed of a console stud, stringers and a reinforcing cage.

The Property Boundary SIP deals with joint ownership on one or two parallel sides. The console pedestal allows you to work cantilevered along the property line and to take the loads upright to the axis of the foundations. It thwarts the phenomena of shrinkage and swelling of clays and thus eliminates the risks of destabilization of adjoining buildings.

The property boundary base provides real installation comfort for craftsmen and saves them time by eliminating the need for shoring. Additionally, only one concrete pour is required for the entire structure.
