The LP Promotion Group obtains the "Committed to CSR" label at the Confirmed level

A label that rewards the actions of the LP Promotion Group

With four levels of labeling – Initial, Progression, Confirmed and Exemplary – the “Committed to CSR” label is issued by AFNOR, an independent certification body. It aims to assess the maturity of organizations' CSR approaches based on the ISO 26000 international standard.

In 2018, LP Promotion obtained the “Engagé RSE Progression” label (second level of certification). Four years later, during its renewal audit, the significant progress of the Group's CSR approach was highlighted. The formalization of its raison d'être, the entry of managers into the capital, the calculation of its carbon footprint and the awareness of its teams via seminars, frescoes of the construction or the implementation of eco-gestures are the strong points implemented since 2018 and identified by AFNOR assessors.

The Group's acquisition of a stake in Briques Technic Concept (a Tarn company manufacturing and distributing compressed mud bricks) in 2021 also confirms the maturity of its CSR approach. A first project led by LP Promotion in Biganos already demonstrates its effective support for the raw earth sector (see box). Other emblematic projects are under development.

It is thanks to these actions that the promoter now receives the Confirmed “Committed to CSR” label (level 3).

An ambitious action plan to meet the challenges of tomorrow

To go further and ensure that it improves its CSR performance, the LP Promotion Group has already taken new actions, in conjunction with specialized service providers:

• The definition of a climate strategy in order to define action levers to reduce its carbon footprint.
• The use of the biodiversity calculator to measure the impacts in terms of land take and biodiversity right from the study of operations.
• The implementation of a circular economy roadmap to encourage experimentation with reuse in operations.

Focus on Elémen'Terre, the Group's first raw earth project in Biganos

The Élémen'Terre residence in Biganos consists of 115 apartments and a shop on the ground floor. This innovative project targets the E2C2 performance level, labeling buildings with positive energy and carbon reduction.

Key figures:

• 1500 tons of biosourced and geosourced materials (mainly wood and raw earth) used for the construction
• 193 tonnes of CO2 saved per year* thanks to the integration of a Biomass boiler room with wood pellets from local forests.
• €530 saved on the annual energy bill for users of a T3** apartment.
• 25% less greenhouse gas thanks to the compressed raw earth brick (BTC) placed at the level of the walls compared to concrete.
