Nexity installs the first wooden panel in the Ywood-Odysseum office building

Located on rue Georges Méliès, the Ywood Odysseum office building, the first Ywood wooden structure building in Languedoc-Roussillon, occupies 3.000 m² in R + 3, with terrace on the top floor.

Made by A + Architecture, its facade will be made of wood and zinc. It is part of the entrance to the city of Montpellier, crossing the most important and the most active tertiary sector of the agglomeration, attractive as much for companies as for users who go there every day. The Ywood Odysseum office building, which is scheduled for delivery in September 2017, is part of a large tertiary operation of more than 30 m² (on a slab of parking spaces with 000 spaces on two levels of basement) called @ 850CENTER and which will eventually host several head offices. Nexity's regional teams, between 7 and 80 people, will occupy half of the future office building and the rest will be open to other companies.

The Ywood Odysseum office building, labeled BDM (“Mediterranean Sustainable Buildings”) silver level (design) and BBCA (Low Carbon Building), will have very good thermal insulation of the building and will benefit from qualitative services: LED luminaire with presence detection , Double flow VMC, electric adjustable solar shading and aluminum double glazing with argon blades.
