Urssaf and Cnaf sign a partnership agreement for the benefit of self-employed workers

The purpose of this signature is to strengthen the joint actions of Urssaf and Cafs in the management of rights, the fight against non-recourse and the improvement of the quality of services for self-employed workers. It marks the culmination of an experiment conducted between the Caf du Var and the Urssaf Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.

Taking the measure of their specificities, the Urssaf and the Cafs have already deployed joint receptions throughout the territory for several years, in order to offer self-employed workers a local service and to provide them with comprehensive support throughout their entire social protection.

Since 2021, the two networks have been involved in the deployment of the HELP service offer, which consists of providing coordinated support to self-employed workers in difficulty. This system thus makes it possible to mobilize the multiple levers of action of Social Security to provide a coherent and effective response to the weaknesses identified.

“Thread red” deployed by the Urssaf completes the system by guaranteeing emergency care for self-employed workers in distress, with in particular the commitment to call back within 48 hours.

This cooperation aims to establish strong synergies between the two networks to offer comprehensive support for self-employed workers, in particular through new coordinated service offers. The sharing of information between the two networks will also make it possible to make access to family rights and benefits more reliable in order to remedy non-take-up.
