The MILLET Group takeover plan was established to ensure the safety of its employees as a priority, and to comply with the numerous measures recommended by the government. It was finalized at the end of March and validated by its Social and Economic Committee.

From April 1 the production teams of the MILLET Group gradually resumed work at a rate of 70 to 80% of its capacities, in compliance with the new rules, namely compliance with barrier gestures, distances between employees, use of masks mandatory , provision of hydroalcoholic gel and disinfectant products for their workstation.

To avoid gatherings, carpooling is prohibited, arrivals are staggered, removal of changing rooms and check-in, spacing in the dining rooms. The canteens and toilets are disinfected several times a day by an outside company in order to limit the risks.

Teams that responded

In order to provide support for its customers, the Group has made available to its employees the equipment necessary for teleworking, primarily for customer service.

The M Connect application (available on IOS and Android) is ideal for informing customers of the status of their orders in real time.
