The EUROBOIS AWARDS
Platform for launching products and services, the EUROBOIS AWARDS competition rewards the innovative nature of a product or service, but also its design, its performance, the company's CSR approach, the environmental quality of the product/service, its certification, its use for professionals, and finally its cost control. The 28 innovations from the 22 competing companies will be judged by a jury of industry professionals, as well as by a jury of students from specialized schools in the wood industry.
New, professionals will have the opportunity to discover the innovations of companies through a 5-minute pitch on the Plateau TV, Tuesday, June 14 morning, from 10am. The award ceremony will take place on June 15 at 16:30 p.m., also on the TV set.

In a context of strong growth due to new regulations and support from public authorities, the timber industry is struggling to recruit. Lack of attractiveness of professions, new challenges related to the arrival of digital and 4.0… The reasons are many. And even if the situation tends to improve, efforts must be maintained, which is why EUROBOIS is committed to the sector and offers concrete responses.
The EUROBOIS Campus, a space specially dedicated to employment and training at the show, will facilitate meetings between training centres, students and professionals looking for training on the one hand and recruiters and job seekers. job on the other hand.
It will be organized around two spaces, one dedicated to training, the other to employment. The training space will bring together around fifteen training centers dedicated to the wood industry, offering continuous or initial training. They will be present throughout the show to inform, advise and support students and/or professionals looking for training, but also to present existing courses, new degree courses, as well as the procedures for accessing them. Plant for the future and Eurobois: together for French forests
This year Plantons pour l'avenir and Eurobois have chosen to join forces to create a solidarity movement in favor of French forests.
Created in 2014 by forestry cooperatives, the Plantons pour l'avenir endowment fund supports more than 350 reforestation projects throughout the territory as well as awareness and innovation projects related to the forest-wood sector.
Plantons pour l'avenir will be present on a dedicated stand as well as at its exhibiting sponsors, and will present its actions during breakfast on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 June from 9 am to 10 am on the VIP club as well as on the Batijournal TV set.
Thanks to sponsors, 2,3 million trees have been planted and 2 hectares reforested, as part of the sustainable management and adaptation of our forests to climate change.
