The Paris Region Institute (IPR), the first urban planning agency in Europe financed 70% by the Ile-de-France Region, will move in January 2025 to Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis) to save money, against a backdrop of social conflict and fear of a clear cut in its budget, we learned on Monday March 18.
