Acoustic panels in real wood for a Spa hotel

Step by step, the owners of the place transformed their former ecological guest house in St. Daniel (Austria) into a major hotel complex in Carinthia. The design and architecture meet the highest standards of green building. They bet on generous pieces for more space and freedom, as well as on a lasting rest. No road runs alongside the building: silence has found its kingdom.

The acoustics of the restaurant improved

Customers also benefit from this quality of silence inside the building. The restoration pieces are not only evaluated from a visual and culinary point of view, but also from an acoustic point of view. The designers have therefore taken particular care in managing the acoustics, the reverberation and the sound of the rooms.

The Ronacher architectural agency in the neighboring municipality of Hermagor has already enlarged the hotel installation ten times and has lastingly shaped its image. During the refurbishment of the hotel-restaurant, it equipped the restaurant, buffet and bar rooms with Ligno Acoustic light acoustic panels to improve overall acoustics.

Awarded by the natureplus label, all Lignotrend elements offer the best quality of bio-construction. This distinction corresponds to the hotel's philosophy of creating an ecological complex respecting Man and the environment.

Ligno Acoustique light: during the meal, silence is golden

The interior architecture and furnishings are modern, timeless and pure. In accordance with the colors of the walls and the furniture, the Ligno Acoustic light oak panels were installed in islands on the ceiling by the local workshop Schabus Möbelbau GmbH. Placed above the tables, they guarantee a perfect quality of silence. They are fitted with integrated sound absorbers made of natural wood fibers and fine profiling.

The architects also had these panels integrated into the alcoves that separate the kitchen, the counter, the bar and the restaurant. These narrow spaces, equipped with two or three tables, provide an ideal setting for meals in a calm and protected atmosphere. Here, customers are not bothered either by the conversations at the next table, or by the noise of plates clashing.
