The RHEINZINK linear ventilation system consists of the ventilated sewer strip of the ventilated ridge (double slope, single slope, single slope against the wall).
The design of the profiles and the brackets has been studied for quick and easy installation on the site. The ventilated sewer band is fixed by clipping into a 2-in-1 tab. The latter provides optimal support at the bottom and at the top. The position and shape of the ventilation openings have also been redesigned to allow better interlocking at the connections without compromising the ventilation of the roof.
The ventilated ridges are broken down into 4 parts: a galvanized steel body, fixing lugs, finishing covers and UDS stapling profiles. Their design has been studied to allow the unhindered realization of the head lifts of the cover tanks. Even recessed standing seam finishes can be easily done. The result is quick and easy installation on construction sites.
Ventilated sewer bands as well as ventilated ridges are available in all RHEINZINK surface aspects. UDS stapling profiles are coordinated with end caps to quickly make watertight and discreet connections. The shape of the ventilated ridge caps has been redesigned for a more harmonious integration on the roof. With RHEINZINK linear ventilation systems, you thus obtain an aesthetic and uniform cover.
The ventilation sections of the profiles comply with the requirements of DTU 40-41 and make it possible to respond to the most unfavorable cases.
