In any construction, insulation between the fill soil and the walls is essential. This is why the protection of the foundations has become an obligation stipulated in the DTU.
PRB launches the PRB MORTAR FOUNDATION, a new micro mortar which protects before backfilling and waterproofs the buried exterior and interior walls of buildings.
It only prevents the passage of water and not air or water vapors. It thus lets the base material breathe thanks to the air exchange.
