Norament Castello: a timeless and elegant design
In architecture, quality design stands the test of time. Architectural monuments manage to reinvent themselves over the evolution of styles and establish themselves as a bridge between eras. Similarly, norament 926 castello (3,5 mm thick flooring) was designed to offer a timeless design. Its marbling echoes the elegant limestone surfaces, lending a touch of classic luxury to its surroundings. Each tile is unique and features a two-tone surface and two levels of gloss. The refined palette features eight warm shades of gray and beige.
“In addition to its robustness, norament 926 castello offers exceptional sound absorption and ergonomics. Our durably elastic material reduces impact noise compared to other soft surfaces or hard floors. This minimizes parasitic noise and improves acoustics in interiors, which is a great advantage, especially in high-traffic areas. In addition, the floor offers significantly greater comfort, both in static position and in motion ”, explains Dirk Oswald, responsible for product and brand management for the nora ranges.
Norament 926 castello can be installed in the traditional way, using liquid glue, but also exists in an nTx version (the coating is pre-glued in the factory) with simply a protective film to remove for an even faster installation.
Nora Kivo, a product with an industrial and urban spirit
The most beautiful architectural ideas draw their source from authentic and original elements. Highly creative workplaces tend to prefer tributes to the industrial past, according to the minimalist motto "less is more". A modern and classic atmosphere with which norament 926 kivo goes. Its irregular-grained design with a slightly structured two-level gloss surface is inspired by concrete and gives interiors a true urban and industrial feel. The flooring adapts harmoniously to all mixtures of steel, wood, exposed brick and constitutes a fertile ground where creative ideas of decoration freely germinate. The 2,7-millimeter-thick flooring comes in eight colors, from warm beige to cool gray-blue tones.
“This new rubber flooring brings many benefits and is ideal for professional spaces, such as offices, conference rooms and cafeterias. The recognized quality of nora and its modern appearance combine here to create a functional and spectacular industrial rendering ”, says Dirk Oswald.
Like all floor coverings sold by Interface (carpet, LVT, rubber rolls and tiles), norament 926 castello and norament 926 kivo are certified carbon neutral thanks to the Carbon Neutral FloorsTM program, and this at no additional cost to the customer. The Weinheim rubber plant continuously strives to eliminate or reduce CO2 emissions and thus further reduce its own carbon footprint. The inevitable CO2 emissions are offset by the acquisition of emission reduction certificates, which are used to finance projects in favor of climate protection.
