Sogelink completes the acquisition of French software publisher Geopixel, with the support of Keensight Capital

With this 4th acquisition in less than two years, Sogelink once again demonstrates its desire to strengthen its offering across the entire value chain of construction projects and consolidates its position as a key player in carrying out topographical work. Supported by Keensight Capital, one of the leading private equity funds dedicated to pan-European Growth Buyout investments, Sogelink intends to accelerate its development in France, in the field of topographical measurement, by joining forces with another key player in this field. sector: Geopixel.

In recent years, the field of topography has continued to evolve, requiring professionals in the sector to face numerous challenges: carrying out more precise measurements in ever shorter deadlines, working in varied environments and more increasingly complex, master constantly evolving technologies (drone, photogrammetry, etc.). Sogelink, whose mission is to simplify construction for everyone around the world, intends to rely on the expertise and know-how of Geopixel to accelerate its development and strengthen its cutting-edge topographical offering.

Geopixel offers, in fact, a suite of solutions dedicated to topography based on its own technology. Specially designed for measurement players, Geopixel's offering will naturally complement Sogelink's value proposition in this segment. For its part, Sogelink will allow Geopixel to benefit from advanced Cloud technologies and international reach.

Geopixel employees will join the Sogelink teams and will strengthen the group's geographical coverage with this new location in the Toulon region.
