An organization by geographical areas
Around Pascal Casanova, Executive Chairman of EDILIANS GROUP and President of Edilians SAS, the new governance is structured around a tighter Executive Committee with the establishment of an operational organization by geographical zone dedicated to:
- France, whose General Management has been entrusted to Maxime Coutouly. Holder of an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, Maxime Coutouly benefits from solid industrial experience, notably within EDILIANS GROUP which he joined 17 years ago. During this period, he managed all the factories based on the national territory. More recently, he led the integration of the Iberian acquisitions made over the last two years, namely Umbelino Monteiro and Tejas Borja, in parallel with the development of the group's industrial strategy for which he initiated a massive plan to decarbonize production sites. . In his mission, he will be accompanied by a French Management Committee composed of Frédéric Fabien – Sales Director, Olivier Delattre – Eco-habitat Solar and Marketing Director, Virginie Gendre – Human Resources Director and Pierre Dugay – Industrial Director . The commercial organization remains unchanged.
- Iberia for which Alexis Langlois was appointed Vice-President, in addition to his responsibilities linked to mergers/acquisitions as well as digital transformation. It will rely on a Management Committee made up of Alfred Vincent – General Director La Escandella, Andres Casanova – General Director Tejas Borja, Pedro Valente – General Director Umbelino Monteiro, Angel Blanco – Director of Human Resources and 'Adelino Gouveia, Financial Director.

- to carry out external growth operations outside France based on acquisition opportunities,
- to accelerate its commitment to Social and Environmental Responsibility, particularly through the continuous improvement of working conditions and the reduction of its carbon footprint.
