The SDL Acubis flat roof impresses in terms of design and functionality and can be installed as a stand-alone structure as well as connected to the house. The interior statics of the uninsulated profile system give the roof a discreet elegance. The roof slope of only 2 ° is barely visible to the naked eye, but it ensures drainage of the roof surface. A one-piece flat wall connection brings virtual lightness and also allows easy installation on the construction site. The fields of application are glazing for open, semi-open and closed terraces, and uninsulated verandas. SDL Acubis was awarded the “Special Mention” of the German Design Award.

FEATURES REGARDING THE SERVICE
- For construction and calculation at the planning stage, static spreadsheets are available for pre-dimensioning. The static calculations of the system relating to the object are carried out quickly.
- The dimensions of the glass are attached to the order confirmation, if the terrace roof is intended to receive glass
- The terrace roof is delivered pre-assembled. The high prefabrication rate considerably reduces assembly times
- The roof system does not require any silicone seals
- The preferred vertical elements in the terrace roof are Solarlux SL 20e, SL 25, SL 25R, SL 25 XXL, SL 35 and SL 45.
