Following the introduction of the vaccination pass this Monday, January 24, the OPPBTP is publishing a new update to its guide to health safety recommendations. This version takes into account the new company health protocol, published by the Ministry of Labor on January 21 and in accordance with the recommendations of the High Council for Public Health and the State.
The main changes to the guide therefore concern:
- Vaccination pass: employees who were required to present a health pass are now required to hold a valid vaccination pass.
- Apprentices aged at least 16 are subject to the vaccination pass, those under 16 remain subject to the health pass.
- Compulsory teleworking 3 days a week until February 1 inclusive.
