The DRL Flat Roof Access is an innovative solution for a safe and convenient exit on the flat roof. The LML integrated retractable staircase saves space and is an economical alternative to the costs associated with installing a fixed staircase leading to the roof.

A frame made of 16 cm high multi-chamber PVC profiles equipped with thermal insulation material
The thermo-insulating opening fitted with a rubber seal ensuring very good thermo-insulating parameters
The sash opens up to an angle of 60 °. Built-in gas springs ensure comfortable opening and closing, as well as immobilization of the sash in the fully open position
A non-slip surface on the fixed frame ensures safe access to the flat roof.
The outlet dimensions DRL are adapted to the dimensions of the LML stairs, allowing the appropriate connection of the products (the LML staircase is sold separately, see: Retractable staircase)
The possibility of raising the outlet by 15 cm compared to the roof section, regularly necessary in inverted roofs, green roofs and terraces
Possibility of installing additional ZBR lock protects the sash against accidental closing
