French investment firm Eurazeo has acquired a "multi-tenant logistics and industrial complex" in south-east London for around 27 million euros, the company said in a statement on Friday.
Known as the "Trinity Trading Estate", this complex represents a total area of approximately 38.000 square meters.
"The asset is based in Sittingbourne, a vibrant commercial town in Kent with excellent accessibility and strategically located between London and the Euro Tunnel," explained Eurazeo, which is completing the transaction with Arax Properties and with Orchard. Street.
