The checkout process is an advanced purchasing solution that puts business decision makers in control of the entire purchasing process. The buyer will be able to carry out his order in a traditional way but instead of an immediate validation, the latter will be transmitted to a decision-maker who has the possibility of validating the order as it is or of modifying it at his convenience. The validator also has the possibility of adding a coupon to the order, of modifying the delivery address, of personalizing the order number. An email will be sent at each stage of the validation circuit to keep them informed.

To set up a validation circuit, the customer can contact his sales advisor (who will approach his Ebusiness specialist) or the Eshop Hotline. The process is adaptable to each business structure according to its organization (several levels of validation possible for example) and the validation circuit can be shared with the budget management functionality.

The validation circuit is also accessible on the mobile application! After having created his validation circuit on the Eshop, the buyer can place his order in the usual way on the application and send it for validation.
