In order to counter the displacements and deformations of structures, the innovative solution MICROANCHORS® stabilizes and anchors the structures against the ground to stop the thrust of the ground located behind.
Fast and minimally invasive, this process uses a series of active micro-anchors arranged in a precise mesh on the work to be treated, which are associated with the exclusive expanding resin URETEK®.
The micro-anchors are composed of several metal elements in galvanized or stainless steel. Added to this are the waterproof properties of the specific URETEK resin® protecting the whole from corrosion over the long term.
After analysis and definition of the mesh for the installation of the micro-anchors, the structure to be anchored is perforated by means of electric manual perforators fitted with special small-diameter tips.
Subsequently, the micro-anchor is installed in the hole thus created up to the planned length, manually or using electric hammers if necessary.
The next step is to create a strong seal area by injecting the expanding resin through a gun connected to the end part of the steel tube of the micro-anchor. This expands quickly by compacting the soil before solidifying in just a few seconds. This operation allows immediate tensioning of the micro-anchor thanks to an adjustable mechanical system controlled by a specially calibrated tester-controller.
Thus the MICROANCHORS® is effective from the end of our intervention and in a sustainable way on the treated work.

URETEK® uses portable equipment that is fully movable and usable by hand. All the equipment and materials are contained in a workshop truck specifically equipped for this purpose. It can be parked up to 80 meters from the site, offering great flexibility of intervention for their teams.
