The government has just introduced two amendments relating to the PTZ and the "Pinel" device in the finance bill for 2021. Long announced to give the city and new housing sector the visibility necessary for 2021 and 2022, they were eagerly awaited by professionals. The disappointment is all the greater for three reasons.
