ASSA ABLOY expands its Critical Infrastructure business with the acquisition of ALCEA
ASSA ABLOY recently announced that it has received all necessary regulatory approvals to complete the acquisition of the French company ALCEA. The merger of ALCEA's operations into ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions' Critical Infrastructure business can now proceed.

The ALWIN monitoring solution, ALCEA's flagship product
ALWIN is a safety supervision solution and ALCEA's flagship product. This solution is certified by the National Cybersecurity Agency in France (ANSSI). The ALWIN system is a modular and open software which controls various devices: accesses, surveillance cameras, intrusion detection sensors. The ALWIN solution already integrates the Aperio and CLIQ solutions from ASSA ABLOY and soon ABLOY BEAT.
