The 44th congress of surveyors-experts will take place on June 26, 27 and 28, 2018 at the Palais des Congrès de Bordeaux and will be entitled "Building our future together".
A first participative congress, a slogan for the profession and distinguished guests
A first during a congress, the President, Jean-François DALBIN, and the members of the Superior Council of the Order of surveyors-experts decided to open the main orientations of the profession to the votes of the delegates. Thus, the surveyors-experts will be actors of the change and the transformation of the profession.
They will speak in particular on the opening of the profession to lawyers, the publication of demarcation reports, the implementation of internal specializations or even cross-professionalism.
Big names will follow one another on the stage of the Palais des Congrès. Laurent PARISOT and André COMTE-SPONVILLE will be the great witnesses of this 44th edition which already promises to be unique with more than 1.400 delegates, a record since the creation of the Order.
The supervising Ministers, Jacques MEZARD (Minister of Territorial Cohesion) and Julien DENORMANDIE (Secretary of State to the Minister) will come face to face with the profession to discuss the ongoing reforms.
At the close of this 44th Congress, the BETC agency will unveil the slogan of the profession. After more than ten months of surveys, discussions and meetings with clients, local elected officials, students, journalists, this moment will allow us to define and assert the role of the surveyor in society.
