The DULCE project is interested in changing energy practices in the context of ecological and energy transitions, by questioning the conditions for their sustainability. It is based on an experiment carried out in 2013-2014 on the territory of a community of partner municipalities and on new experiments on the scale of the territory, by exploring two problematic axes.
