A true promoter of territories, LP Promotion wishes to pursue strong development by offering tailor-made housing solutions and aims to triple its consolidated turnover by 2026 to bring it to more than 800 million euros.
Grow to go further in the service of the territories
Already present in four major regions of France (Occitanie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Ile-de-France and recently Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes), the Group relies on its territorial expertise to go from 2.400 lots reserved in 2021 to nearly 7.000 in 2026. Its ambition: to be attentive to local needs and specificities.
For Pierre Aoun, Managing Director of the LP Promotion Group: “Our positioning as promoter of territories makes sense. This means developing locally, in the heart of the regions where we operate, by adapting to the real needs of the territories, responding to local issues and offering residents suitable housing solutions. The goal is to go even further in our regional network in order to finely anticipate the needs of communities and their stakeholders (residents, elected officials, etc.). »
This change of scale allows LP Promotion to become a concretement as an actor in local life. This is reflected in particular by a contribution to the economic development of regional fabrics:
- More than 3.700 full-time equivalent jobs will be created in 2021, via construction sites,
- 95% of the companies involved are local players,
- Sustainable jobs are created for the management of service residences (managers, etc.).
This desire to be an actor in local life is also reflected in various levers of involvement on the ground which contribute to the development of the territories. The Group thus supports more than 70 sports clubs, cultural associations and charities such as Toulouse Football, the Club Nautique Chambéry-Le Bourget du Lac, Rowing Bayonnais, the Days of the Economy in Lyon or the Historical Show of the City of Meaux.
In order to be even closer to the territories, the Group decided, in 2021, to associate more than 40 managers with the capital, encouraging their involvement in the future of the company and ensuring a lasting relationship between the Group and its local partners. . This stake was made possible thanks to the arrival of a new shareholder, Aermont. He ratifies the exit of Abénex (his partner for 4 years) and of the historic founder, Lucien Ponsot, while ensuring the continuity of the team in place. This reorganization of the Group's shareholding made it possible to make significant financial resources available to support its ambitions and accelerate the implementation of new projects in the territories where it is present.
Become a market leader in managed residences
In 2008, the LP Promotion Group founded the Privilege Services subsidiary whose role is to help develop and design service residences intended for specific populations or needs (students, young professionals, coworking, seniors), then to provide management. Through its subsidiary, the Group currently manages 22 residences throughout France and wishes to strongly develop this activity. To achieve its objectives, it plans to quadruple the number of residences it manages over the next five years.
For Pierre Aoun, Managing Director of the LP Promotion Group: “Being a promoter and manager allows us to be a single point of contact with local authorities and to support them over the long term. We provide design, construction, marketing and management. Thanks to this global control of the real estate chain, we can concretely respond to the challenges of the city of tomorrow and offer services in line with the expectations and needs of the population. Our desire is to create friendly living spaces adapted to all residential backgrounds. »
Commit to eco-responsibility and innovation in the service of housing
Aware of the need to act to make housing part of a concrete ecological transition, LP Promotion conducts an ambitious CSR policy on a daily basis and promotes sustainable housing that respects the environment, in particular through the use of renewable and low-carbon materials. carbon footprint. In July 2021, the Group thus acquired a stake in Briques Technic Concept, a company that manufactures and distributes compressed raw earth bricks. This partnership represents a real commitment for the company, which wishes to integrate mud bricks into 20% of its projects within three years. It supports the territorial development of LP Promotion and also participates in the creation of non-relocatable jobs. Indeed, each opening of production units will generate 2 to 3 direct jobs and 20 indirect jobs.
