Safeguarding of rural architecture
Sponsorship for the rehabilitation of the Lantenne-Vertière Presbytery (25)
A major example of rural architecture in the Doubs, the Lantenne-Vertière presbytery rehabilitation project aims to design a place of diversity and exchange.
The future renovated presbytery will thus be the place of reception of a house of childminders, of type T2 housing intended for rental, but also of an association room and a media library associated with a museum space.
The overall cost of the presbytery rehabilitation project is estimated at 1 euros for an area of approximately 200 m000.
By contributing to this rehabilitation and more particularly to the construction of 450m2 of roofing, alongside the roofing company Lazerat, the Aléonard tile factories underline their commitment to the protection of heritage for a habitat respectful of man and his environment. environment.
This support is all the more important given that the project is located on the very land of its big sister Koramic, another brand of the group and former Migeon tile factories, whose production site has been located in the town of Lantenne-Vertière for more than 350 years. .
In order to formalize this partnership, Mr. Thierry Malesieux, Mayor of Lantenne-Vertière, Mr. Paul Bacchetta, Regional delegate of the Heritage Foundation and Mr. Francis Lagier, Chairman of the Wienerberger group signed the partnership agreement and a site visit Thursday, May 22 at 11 a.m. on the site of the presbytery - Lantenne-Vertière (25).
Project description Rehabilitation of the Lantenne-Vertière Presbytery
The history
The presbytery and its site are a fine example of rural architecture of character in the Doubs in the XNUMXth century.
The composition of the presbytery harmoniously balances the built space and its surroundings; nevertheless, it has been unoccupied for a few years: the premises, as it stands, are not capable of accommodating or welcoming the public.
It is in this logic that the town has chosen to reconvert the presbytery.
The project aims to design and rehabilitate the presbytery and its site into a place of diversity and exchange.
Project
The municipality wishes to be part of the continuity of the image of a well-restored heritage, worthy and respectful of the spaces, materials and constructive knowledge that have forged the identity of the village.
She therefore called on the Council of Architecture, Urbanism and Environment to help organize this operation. (CAUE)
The architectural program of approximately 545 m2 includes:
- A Home of Nursery Assistants.
- Three T2-type accommodation intended for rental
- An associative room.
- A friendly media library associated with a museum space.
We will pay homage to two men: Father Jean Garneret, who stayed there from the 1930s to the 1990s, a talented designer known regionally, founder of several museums and Albert Migeon, industrialist and renovator of the Saltworks of Arc-et - Senans.
A call for popular and corporate sponsorship has been launched with the help of the Heritage Foundation so that everyone can contribute to the preservation of this heritage.
In this context, the Wienerberger group, Aléonard brand has granted the roofer an exceptional price on tiles, as well as a financial contribution given to the Heritage Foundation.
The overall rehabilitation project for the presbytery is estimated at 1 euros. The town has requested financial support from local authorities and the State.
The help from the Heritage Foundation concerns exterior work: roofs, facades and joinery, the cost of which is estimated at around 192.596 euros.
