Rheinzink celebrates nature with its new Prismo range

To respond to this trend, RHEINZINK, the world's leading manufacturer of zinc-titanium, is today launching PRISMO, a new line of stained zinc composed of six colors close to nature (gold, brown, blue, red, green and black) allowing to emphasize the aesthetics of the work while integrating harmoniously into the environment.

A new range close to nature

PRISMO is the fifth line of zinc products that complements the already existing CLASSIC, prePATINA, GRANUM lines and the colorful artCOLOR line. The phosphated surface of the GRANUM skygrey line serves as the basis for the design of PRISMO. A semi-transparent polyurethane varnish is applied to the zinc to give it this colored effect. Result: the colored stain lets the veined zinc structure show through and gives the building a unique appearance.

The six colors offered in the PRISMO range (gold, brown, blue, red, green and black) have been selected to combine harmoniously with other natural materials such as stone, wood, glass, etc.

A natural and durable material

The new PRISMO range benefits from all of the natural characteristics of zinc, in particular its longevity and robustness which make it an economical natural material.

This durability is accentuated for the PRISMO range thanks to the 35 µm varnish layer. This coating provides strong resistance to corrosion and bad weather, making the surface durable over time.

Adaptable to all needs

Its aesthetics and technical performance allow the new PRISMO range to adapt to many areas of application in new as well as renovation.
