"Despite the crisis, salaries remain generally stable in the construction industry. Nevertheless, we can now observe an upsurge in needs for certain types of positions, which leads, in fact, to a salary increase. The profiles concerned are mainly the drivers of works and site managers in general contracting, as well as works coordinators and SPS coordinators in project management. "
