As a joint organization serving professionals in the building and public works sectors for more than 75 years, the OPPBTP's mission is to promote the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases as well as to improve working conditions. work. To meet the expectations of a sector that is changing rapidly and to stimulate an innovative and positive look at prevention, a vector of performance, the OPPBTP relies on expert, responsive and committed teams. Its employees, working in 12 regional agencies, support all construction companies in order to develop their prevention culture, by setting up information, advice and training actions.
50 vacancies throughout France
In a particularly dynamic context driven by the acceleration of major construction sites, infrastructure projects, the rehabilitation of buildings and the energy transition, the OPPBTP wishes to strengthen its workforce with new expert profiles.
Thus, the OPPBTP is currently recruiting around fifty professionals throughout France, 70% of whom are prevention adviser positions. The profiles sought are mainly experienced in works management or in the fields of Quality - Safety - Environment (QSE). In the field, the prevention advisers work alongside companies and the Organization's partners on a daily basis, with an advisory role on all subjects relating to prevention. They intervene as well on technical support, accompaniment/advice during site visits, or during awareness-raising or training actions with companies.
