The recovery plan plans to support social landlords undertaking renovation operations in 500 and 2021 up to € 2022 million. € 445 million will be devoted to major restructuring or rehabilitation operations; € 40 million for a call for projects dedicated to exemplary and innovative energy renovation operations; 15 M € will be directed towards the social park in the overseas territories.
