Klépierre achieves its objectives in 2022

In 2023, the group, present in ten European countries (Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Denmark, etc.), intends to continue to focus on its most emblematic centers, which bring in the most rent. It intends to continue to sell assets, in order to continue to reduce its debt, by 7,48 billion euros at the end of 2022.

“We still have a small rationalization effort to make,” said the chairman of the management board, Jean-Marc Jestin.
