Greater aid to better finance its work
MaPrimeRénov' is evolving to give priority to large-scale renovations thanks to the “supported route”
MaPrimeRénov' - Supported journey aims to encourage households, whatever their income, to undertake large-scale renovations, that is to say insulation, ventilation and ecological heating installation work allowing a saving at least 2 energy labels, financing a significant part of the work. Households will be supported by a “Renovation Accompanist” approved by Anah and will be able to benefit from much greater financing of up to 90% of €70.000 of work.
MaPrimeRénov' continues to finance the installation of ecological heating equipment to continue the decarbonization of heating methods. Packages for heat pumps are increased. From July 1, owners of houses classified F and G (thermal sieves) will no longer be able to access renovation by gesture, and will necessarily be directed towards a large-scale renovation.
MaPrimeRénov' Co-ownership is also reinforced. If the works project allows a minimum energy gain of 35%, the financing rate will be 30% of a works ceiling of €25.000 / accommodation. If the works project allows an energy saving greater than 50%, the financing rate will be 45% of a works ceiling of €25.000 / accommodation. Furthermore, these financing rates will be increased by an additional 10% if the co-ownership exits thermal sieve status.
MaPrimeAdapt', new assistance to accelerate the adaptation of housing to loss of autonomy
MaPrimeAdapt', which combines previous aid from Anah, CNAV and the “autonomy” tax credit, benefits tenants and owner-occupiers of private housing. It is accessible to all households with modest and very modest incomes from the age of 70, or even from the age of 60 for people who can demonstrate a loss of autonomy (GIR 1 to 6), as well as to people in a situation of disability regardless of their age. This new aid finances adaptation work up to 70% of €22.000.
My Decent Housing Bonus will also make it possible to better finance heavy work to rehabilitate very degraded substandard housing.
My Decent Housing Bonus is a new aid which combines the Healthy Living and Serene Living aids from Anah to fight against substandard housing. It makes it possible to finance up to 80% of €70.000 of work, particularly when it will improve the energy efficiency of the home.
Better support for households to secure and succeed in their renovation project
France Rénov' is the public home renovation service. With 573 advice areas and more than 2.500 advisers present throughout the country, it informs and advises households in complete neutrality on the energy renovation of their homes.
Using Mon Compagnateur Rénov' is mandatory for households carrying out a large-scale renovation. They thus benefit from a level of confidence throughout their project in order to carry out work adapted to their home, to optimize their financing plan, and to avoid scams. Nearly 2.000 Renov' Supporters are already approved, with a target of 4 to 5.000 Renov' Supporters by 2025.
The partnership with the 2 France Services houses will make it possible to improve the territorial coverage in order to guarantee each household a trusted contact, close to their home, and to reach out more to those who need it most. Enriching the service offering of the France Rénov' network thanks to France Services will make it possible to inform households more widely about the existence of France Rénov' counters in order to facilitate access to various renovation aids. In addition, households will be able to benefit from administrative and human assistance in the electronic submission of their application for assistance with home renovation (MaPrimeRénov' and MaPrimeAdapt').
