Founded almost 25 years ago and based in Roissy-en-France, DomPro is a group of independent distributors multi-specialists in hardware, tools and industrial supplies (QOFI) for professionals. DomPro's activities cover the identification, negotiation and referencing of QOFI products as well as a set of marketing and sales animation services to its members and suppliers.
DomPro offers more than 35.000 references in its catalogs and has a network of more than 110 members bringing together around 150 points of sale throughout France and achieving a cumulative QOFI turnover of € 200M, for a total-figure scope. business of its members of € 450 million.
DomPro joins the Mirwault Group, a family trading group structured around 2 distinct poles of expertise (i) a horse / nature pole specialized in the distribution of articles for the equipment of the professional world of the horse and (ii) a Formusson Distribution division, specializing in fitting, furniture and building hardware, through its national Expert Networks (Qama, Faille industrie, Arena, Hubert hardware, etc.) representing a turnover of more than € 50 million for around 200 employees.
This operation responds to the Mirwault Group's strategy of continuing to develop its hardware division and to complete its local network in "proximity", in conjunction with the DomPro network of independent members present throughout France and overseas.
