Three new points of sale expand the Gedicoop Group

Two Gedimats in the Meuse

Result of the new membership of the Gedicoop Group of the company MULTIMAT'ETAIN and its subsidiary PIERRON & FILS, 2 points of sale come under the Gedimat brand at 1^er January 2024.

Led by Raphaël Marchitti and Sylvia Mengin, the two entities left the France Matériaux group to join the Gedimat network. Located in Étain and Saint-Maurice-sous-les-Côtes, they respectively achieved a turnover of €2 million and €2 million in 1,6.

Over more than 5.300 m², Gedimat MULTIMAT'ETAIN has a materials yard, a hot surface of 200 m² and a cold surface of 1.200 m², while Gedimat PIERRON & FILS extends over 7.800 m² with a hot surface of 100 m² and a cold one of 900 m². Both in rural areas in the Meuse department, they offer a general offer and have a total of 9 employees.

A Gedibois in Draguignan

At the end of 2023, the member SO.SA.CA, managed by Christian BOETTI and operating 11 Gedimat stores in the Var, bought the company VECCHINI BOIS which has a point of sale in Draguignan (83), and achieved a turnover revenue of €3,8 million in 2022.

Following the merger of the two companies on 1^er January 2024, the company SO.SA.CA opens its first point of sale under the Gedibois brand.

Pierre BOETTI will manage this entity, specializing in construction and exterior design, which has 7 employees and extends over 10.000 m² with a covered area of ​​1.500 m².
