France Matériaux consolidates its network with three buyouts between members

Since the start of the year, France MATERIALS has recorded 3 repurchases carried out within the framework of LA FINANCIÈRE:

• the company ASTRUC, based in Clermont l'Hérault (34), which has an agency, taken over by the company CATMAT (Pia, 66), specialized in structural materials, roofing, plastering, insulation and tools. With this first experience of external growth, CATMAT, managed by Lionel ANGLI, extends its catchment area to the Hérault department. CATMAT already has two agencies and achieved a turnover of 8,6 million euros in 2022.
• the family business DALAUBEIX MATERIALS, located since 1920 in Giat in Puy de Dôme (63), bought by GUILLON MATERIALS (Pont du Château, 63). Following the retirement of Jean-Claude DALAUBEIX who joined the group in 2007, the company, employing 9 employees and whose turnover amounts to 3,8 million euros in 2022, is taken over by Emmanuel BRESSON, managing the 3 GUILLON MATERIALS agencies. With this acquisition, GUILLON MATERIALS, whose turnover reached 7,9 million euros in 2022, wishes to strengthen its territorial coverage in the departments of Puy de Dôme, Auvergne, Haute-Loire, Creuse and Corrèze.
• the LA GRAVIERE trading company in Lamastre (07), wishing to concentrate its activities on construction and transport, was purchased by AMPLITUDE MATERIALS (Lamastre, 07), managed by François REDON, member of the group since 2016. With a turnover of 1,4 million euros in 2022, the LA GRAVIERE agency joins AMPLITUDE MATERIALS whose turnover amounts, in 2022, to 2,2 million euros.

All these acquisitions were made thanks to LA FINANCIÈRE France MATERIALS and in particular to the preference clause signed by the majority of members. Remember that the missions of this legal structure are based on assistance in the processes of business creation, transmission and development through external growth, advice in business law and human resources.
